If they will lie to get your vote - imagine how honest they will be when they are actually in office?
WHY VOTE NO?
By now, you have probably seen the "Vote Yes on Prop 410" signs all around Chandler.

You are being deceived.

The Chandler City Council voted to place on the ballot of the Special Election (to be held on Nov 4, 2025), Prop 410. This prop changes the Chandler Charter (our city's constitution) so that members of the Chandler City Council may serve a total of 4 consecutive 4-year terms, for a total of 16 years. This WILL change our term limits!

Our Charter currently says in Section 2.01 (e):

"Limitations of Terms: No person shall be eligible to be elected to the office of councilmember for more than two (2) consecutive terms, OR to the office of Mayor for more than two (2) consecutive terms OR to more than a consecutive combination of same."*
A yes vote will effectively change our term limits from 8 years to 16 years, creating lifelong politicians in Chandler!

Why did they decide to do this NOW?

To help ONE candidate get on the ballot in 2026 - a candidate that has served on the City Council for a total of 24 years - and wants to serve even longer. Is that what your Council is supposed to do? Pass votes that support ONE person? Special elections cost the tax payers money. Chandler City Council should not be pushing personal agendas to help one person. The Vote Yes people are lying to you. And to make it worse, the person behind that PAC is actually running for Chandler City Council himself.
They lie to you, and then ask for your vote.

Chandler is better than this. At least we should be.

VOTE NO ON PROP 410 TO KEEP CHANDLER TERM LIMITS!
